MokSHA the day begins early with the slow cooking of our sauces from scratch. We believe in choosing the best ingredients Our Lamb, for example, is Hormone free, Grass Fed, Free range and Halal. We use spices and herbs that heal and nourish the body - Fresh Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Fenugreen seeds, Cumin seeds, Corriander seeds, Turmeric, Fresh Mint, Fresh Curry Leaves, etc. MokSHA's menu comprises of several dishes that are Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian and Halal.
