Best hot yoga north of Seattle. All instructors are friendly and educated. I usually go to the 9:30 am class that Rachel teaches. She is super nice and you can clearly see she has a passion for hot yoga and teaching it. She cares about all the students and make sure they go into the poses correctly. Also she tells you benefits to each pose or what to skip if you have a back issue or injury.
This yoga studio is super clean and spacious. They keep the studio the perfect temperature, hot but not too hot where you can hardly breathe. Perfect temperature where your muscles really get nice and loose. Also lots of mirrors which help alot if you are new or just like seeing if your doing the pose correct.
