Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in soil types, climates, and occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally available spices, herbs and vegetables.
Indian food is also heavily influenced by religion and culture. On one hand, Mugal introduced all kinds of kababs, Naan, and Tandoori Dishes from the Middle East. On the other hand, the British brought a wide range of curries, and religious beliefs of Hinduism added the different varieties of vegetarian delights.
